Mindful Slow Flow

A 6 week yoga series starting March 14th

Over the 6 weeks we will:

+ Practice slow, dynamic movement to build both strength and flexibility

+ Explore different themes (body and mind) each week to prompt self reflection and a deeper understanding of the body in different poses

+ You’ll have access to the live classes as well all of the recordings so that you can practice again in your own time or catch up if you miss a live class.

+ You’ll also receive journal prompts to accompany the theme of that week so that you can take your practice off the mat if you wish!

Those who book by midnight February 28th will also get bonus access to the Self Study Library which includes the recordings from previous MSF series and more. You’ll have access to this for the entire 6 weeks of this series!

The live classes will take place on Tuesdays from 7 - 8pm GMT on Zoom but you can catch up on the recordings at any time. The first class of the upcoming series will be on March 14th.

What can I expect?

  • The practice is gentle but still strengthening and includes yoga poses (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation, and each week we’ll cover a different theme, relevant to your life beyond the yoga mat. 

  • Consider it your reminder to check in with your body, to give it what it needs, and to indulge in some self-care.

  • You get to be part of a small community of yogis, where your questions are always welcome, and you can enjoy the support of a non-judgmental group.

  • It’s also the perfect environment to build confidence on your mat if you’re newer to yoga. You’ll always be guided to listen to your body and will be offered different options to make poses either more challenging or more gentle, depending on what you need that day.

About Simone

Simone teaches yoga to private clients, school teachers and students, corporate offices in person and online for the likes of big businesses like Meta to London-based startups like Swoop, and in top studios and gyms across London. With over 600 hours of training between Rishikesh, India and London, U.K., she has trained in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Rocket yoga and completed specialised training courses on Yoga and Depression, Yoga for Running, Pain & Injury Management and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as well as a yearlong apprenticeship with one of her teachers.
