Do these 5 things to become your most confident, magnetic self

This message is for the women overwhelmed by self doubt.

I doubted my abilities, held back my opinions, always said yes, trying to be convenient for others. This led me (to put it simply) to feel depleted, anxious and like I was never enough.

I can remember…
😨 When I first started my own business and I was ridden with anxiety anytime I had to speak in public.
😓 Feeling obliged to answer work emails at any hour of the day (ZERO boundaries).
🙈 Being afraid of sharing my teachings on Instagram & thinking I wasn’t good enough to apply for the yoga teaching jobs I wanted.
💪🏼 Feeling afraid to speak up in relationships, or walk away from those that didn’t serve me. Accepting so much less than I wanted or deserved.

🥺 I remember looking at other people who were living the life I wanted and ASSUMING they had something that I didn’t, and I would somehow never measure up.

Now I truly deeply believe in my abilities and that whatever I desire is possible for me. I’m not afraid to speak my truth, I know my ideas are valuable and I back myself 100%

❤️‍🩹 If you feel this way now, I can tell you from the bottom of my heart this doesn’t have to be your forever experience.

And it gets to be more SIMPLE than you think. But don't mistake simple for passive or easy. You have to do the work!

Here's how you can start👇🏼

1️⃣ Self reflection - How is your self doubt manifesting in your life and holding you back? You need to know this first to know what to work on (Write back to me if you want some journaling prompts!)

2️⃣ Give yourself permission to grow - Remember your strengths & embrace your weaknesses as areas for growth. Just because you aren’t where you want to be doesn’t mean you can’t get there with intentional effort.

3️⃣ A lot of self love + care - Take time for the practices that nourish and ground you. This reconnects you with your inner wisdom and reinforces the belief that you are worthy of rest and care.

4️⃣ Set goals & take action outside of your comfort zone (and then celebrate it!) - Identify what you want to be different and the actions you can take. What would confident you do? Take action and celebrate yourself afterwards! You make the process more enjoyable + acknowledging your achievements helps you to integrate this behaviour into your identity.

5️⃣ Support - You don’t have to figure out everything on your own! Find people you can learn from to fill the gaps in your knowledge, help you see your blind spots, support and lift you up or hold you accountable.

I hope this helps!!
